ITP Questionnaire
The purpose of this questionnaire is:
To enable both the NHS and the Pharmaceutical Industry to build insight to inform more efficient planning and higher quality conversations between the Pharmaceutical Industry and the NHS, in addition to support future initiatives that add value through the leading change group.
To provide visibility to all parties on the landscape of Joint Working in the North West.
This project is jointly funded by and developed in partnership with The Leading Change Group whose members are the following NHS North West and the following Pharmaceutical companies: GlaxoSmithKline AstraZeneca, Schering-Plough, Boehringer Ingelheim, Pfizer with support from The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI).
This questionnaire is made up of four parts and is intended to take no more than 10 to 15 minutes to complete. In the Introductory section you will be asked for your email address. The final report on this questionnaire will be sent to the email address you provide.
